Try it live Description
Everyone carries a question they keep turning over: take the job or stay, reach out or let go. Cyber Arcana is a gift for the undecided: a candlelit tarot table where an AI reader helps you see your choice more clearly, rather than making it for you.
You write your question on a paper slip. The reader reflects it back, offers a more open way to ask if it is a yes-or-no question, and suggests one of seven spreads, such as Two Paths, which lays out where you stand and how each option would unfold. Then you perform the ritual yourself: hold to shuffle, cut the deck, and draw your cards face down from the fan. Each card you turn is read in its position, streamed live as the reader's spoken lines and a fuller passage in her book. Finally the cards are read together, ending with a concrete next step.
A rules engine holds the facts: every card, its orientation and position, the Major Arcana, the elements, and the elemental dignities between neighboring cards. The language model only interprets them, so the reading stays true to the spread you drew. In the live game the reader runs on GLM-5.3, with DeepSeek V4.1 Flash and V4 Flash as fallbacks; the readings in the video come from GPT-6 Astra on Amazon Bedrock, the reader used during development.
The table is built with physically based lighting: candlelight on velvet, card stock with thickness, bow and wear, and soft shadows. The cards are the 1909 Pamela Colman Smith deck, and Tripo made the world around them: all 22 Major Arcana as painted-wood statuettes that rise beside their cards, each lit by its own candle (a reversed card's flame is snuffed), plus the deck box with its opening lid and props such as a bell, key, dried rose, sage, salt bowl, amethyst and silk. Hold any statuette to inspect it.
Every reading is kept in a journal that shows patterns across your past readings. The game is fully playable in English and Chinese, with sound and music; ring the bell to begin again. How Tripo was used
Tripo made every model on the table except the cards and candles.
- 22 Major Arcana statuettes: each figure was cropped from the 1909 card, restyled with Tripo's image tool, then turned into a painted-wood statuette with Tripo image-to-3D. They rise beside their cards, each lit by its own candle.
- The deck box: two Tripo models, cut in Blender into a hinged lid that opens.
- Props: incense burner, bell (ring it to begin again), key, rose, sage, salt, amethyst and silk.
- In batches: Codex (GPT-6 Astra) used computer use to drive Tripo in batches, and the concept images were made with GPT Image 2.5 inside Tripo.
