XRPIA is a 3D and XR platform that uses AI to turn imagination into experiences people can create, explore, exhibit and share. Users start from an image and generate a 3D model with Tripo, then view and experience it in XR, placing the digital object in the real world through a mobile device.
Creation is only the beginning. Users can organize their images, videos and 3D content into interactive online exhibitions and share them with others. The core journey is simple: create with AI, experience in XR, exhibit and share.
XRPIA is designed to make 3D and XR creation accessible beyond professional 3D artists. Students, teachers, creators and everyday users can go from an idea to a 3D object, experience it in their own surroundings and share the result as part of a digital exhibition. For Tripothon S1, the team's gift is for anyone who wants to bring imagination into the real world: they want 3D creation to feel less like a specialized production process and more like a natural way to create, experience and communicate ideas.
Before Tripothon S1, XRPIA already offered web-based 3D viewing, XR experiences, online exhibitions and sharing, alongside the XperClass education platform. During the event, the team added a Tripo image-to-3D workflow that connects AI generation with the existing 3D, XR and exhibition features.
How Tripo was used
Tripo is XRPIA's core 3D generation engine, turning a single image into the starting point of a complete AI → 3D → XR → exhibition workflow.
- Image-to-3D: users upload an image, and XRPIA sends it to the Tripo API to generate a 3D model.
- What comes next: the result is optimized and registered in XRPIA, then viewed in the web 3D viewer, experienced in XR and used directly in online exhibitions.
