Try it live Description
Dear Little Me turns a drawing into a friend you can play with. Upload a drawing you made as a kid, or one your child made today. Tripo turns it into a rigged, animated 3D creature, and it arrives in the Dream Room with a little party. The Dream Room is a crayon bedroom you can step into on a VR headset, a phone or a computer. Behind its three doors are worlds made from children's drawings with World Labs Marble: a park, a rainbow sky and the closet monster's cozy home. Walk through a door and everyone comes along.
It is a gift for the kid you used to be, and the kid you are raising now. The story is "two kids, one world": a parent's childhood drawing and their child's drawing come alive and play together. A drawing that sat in a box for thirty years finally gets to meet your kid.
It feels like the drawings on the fridge woke up. Pet the creatures, call them over, throw a ball and watch them fetch, take Polaroids together, draw in the air with a crayon pen and shrink down to their size with a magic mushroom. At bedtime they climb into the toy chest. Family members on other phones and headsets join the same room as their own animal buddy, a bear, a bunny or a frog, and wave hello.
It is made to be safe for kids. A grown-up runs everything from a parent dashboard on their computer: every upload is checked to make sure it is a drawing, and nothing reaches the Dream Room until they approve it. Inside, there is nothing to read, no chat, no links, no store and no strangers. The creatures are scripted, never an AI talking to a child. Any creature can be ordered as a printed keepsake.
The Dream Room was built PICO-first for the PICO Browser in WebXR and tested on a real PICO headset, with hand tracking (pinch to call a creature, pinch and hold to teleport, flick your wrist to turn) and controller support. The bedroom itself was made with Tencent's Hunyuan World, and the drawings in the demo are AI-generated samples made with Gemini, not real children's art.
How Tripo was used
Tripo is the core engine. Every creature runs through an automated Tripo chain, with Claude checking the upload first and a parent approving the result, so Tripo sits inside a safe, end-to-end pipeline.
- Posing: Tripo's image generation poses the kid's drawing so it can be rigged.
- Modeling: Smart Mesh builds the 3D model, with v3.1 as a fallback.
- Rigging and animation: a rig check, then rigging and retargeted idle, walk and jump animations.
- The room and its worlds: Tripo made every toy and piece of furniture in the room, and redrew the three drawings that became World Labs worlds.
